These Terms explain your rights and responsibilities when using the Tap2Meet iOS app.
Terms of Use for Tap2Meet

These Terms of Use govern your use of Tap2Meet, an iOS app designed for quick in-person introductions and selected contact sharing.
By using Tap2Meet, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.
About Tap2Meet
Tap2Meet helps users prepare a meeting screen, contact card, QR code, or short custom scenario for in-person introductions.
Tap2Meet is not an online dating network, does not provide online matching, and does not guarantee any relationship, meeting outcome, response, or interaction result.
Your responsibility
You are responsible for how you use Tap2Meet, including:
- The information you enter into the app.
- The contact details you choose to show or share.
- Your in-person interactions with other people.
- Complying with applicable laws and respecting other people’s boundaries and privacy.
Only share contact information with people you trust.
Acceptable use
You agree not to use Tap2Meet to:
- Harass, threaten, abuse, impersonate, or mislead another person.
- Share illegal, harmful, hateful, or sexually exploitative content.
- Violate another person’s privacy or rights.
- Use the app for spam, fraud, scams, or deceptive activity.
- Attempt to reverse engineer, damage, overload, or interfere with the app.
Personal safety
Tap2Meet is a tool for presenting and exchanging selected contact information. It does not verify the identity, intentions, or background of people you meet.
You are responsible for your own safety during in-person interactions. Use common sense, meet in safe environments, and stop any interaction that makes you uncomfortable.
Subscriptions and Pro features
Tap2Meet may offer optional Pro features through auto-renewable subscriptions or other in-app purchases. Prices, durations, and available features are shown in the app before purchase.
Billing
Payments are charged to your Apple ID account through the App Store. Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period.
Managing or canceling
You can manage or cancel subscriptions in your Apple ID subscription settings. Deleting the app does not automatically cancel an active subscription.
Restore purchases
If you purchased Tap2Meet Pro and need to restore access, use the “Restore Purchases” option inside the app.
Refunds
Refund requests for App Store purchases are handled by Apple according to Apple’s policies.
Privacy
Your use of Tap2Meet is also governed by our Privacy Policy.
App availability and changes
We may update, change, suspend, or discontinue parts of Tap2Meet at any time. We may also modify, add, or remove features to improve the app, fix issues, comply with requirements, or adjust the product.
No warranties
Tap2Meet is provided “as is” and “as available.” We do not guarantee that the app will always be available, error-free, uninterrupted, or suitable for every situation.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Tap2Meet and its developer are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss resulting from your use of the app, your shared contact information, or your in-person interactions.
Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will update the effective date on this page. Continued use of Tap2Meet after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
