The Application does not guarantee audience growth, popularity, or commercial success.

2. Use of the Application

The User agrees to:

• use the Application for lawful purposes
• not violate the rights of third parties
• not use the Application for illegal activities

Prohibited actions:

• attempts to hack or interfere with the Application's operation
• use of automated tools without permission
• distribution of malicious software

3. User Content

The User is fully responsible for:

• texts entered by them
• actions performed during the stream

The Application does not publicly distribute user content without their direct participation.

4. Paid Features

Both one-time purchases and subscriptions may be available in the Application.

• One-time purchases provide access to specific features or capabilities
• Subscriptions provide extended access to the Application's functionality
• All payments are processed through the Apple In-App Purchases system
• We do not have access to your bank card data
• Refunds and charges are governed by App Store rules
• Subscription management is handled by the user through Apple ID settings

5. Limitation of Liability

The Application is provided "as is".

We are not responsible for:

• direct or indirect damages
• loss of data
• expectations that do not match the Application's functionality

6. Termination of Use

The User may stop using the Application at any time by deleting it from their device.

We reserve the right to limit access in case of violation of the terms.

7. Changes to Terms

We may change the terms of the Agreement. Continued use signifies acceptance of updated terms.

Приложение не гарантирует рост аудитории, популярность или коммерческий успех.

2. Использование приложения

Пользователь обязуется:

• использовать Приложение в законных целях
• не нарушать права третьих лиц
• не использовать Приложение для противоправных действий

Запрещается:

• попытки взлома или вмешательства в работу Приложения
• использование автоматизированных средств без разрешения
• распространение вредоносного ПО

3. Контент пользователя

Пользователь несёт полную ответственность за:

• вводимые им тексты
• действия, совершаемые в эфире

Приложение не осуществляет публичное распространение контента без вашего участия.

4. Платные функции

В Приложении могут быть доступны разовые покупки и подписка.

• Разовые покупки дают доступ к отдельным функциям
• Подписка дает расширенный доступ на период её действия
• Все платежи идут через Apple In-App Purchases
• Мы не имеем доступа к данным вашей карты
• Возвраты регулируются правилами App Store
• Управление подпиской — через настройки Apple ID

5. Ограничение ответственности

Приложение предоставляется «как есть».

Мы не несем ответственности за:

• прямые или косвенные убытки
• потерю данных
• несоответствие ожиданиям

6. Прекращение использования

Вы можете прекратить использование, удалив приложение с устройства.

Мы можем ограничить доступ при нарушении условий.

7. Изменения условий

Мы можем изменять условия. Продолжение использования означает согласие с изменениями.
